1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and hd999 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), which operates the online casino and sports betting services available at hd999.bio. • All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. hd999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

• hd999 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence (KYC) procedures on any account at any time. This may include requesting identity documents, proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership.
• Account registration is free of charge. hd999 does not charge any fee for opening, maintaining, or closing an account.

hd999 may close dormant accounts (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months) after giving reasonable notice. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 after the dormancy period expires, unless prohibited by applicable law.

Deposits and Withdrawals

hd999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of your transaction. Accepted methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of any specific payment method may change without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, however hd999 may apply enhanced verification requirements to deposits above certain thresholds.
• Deposits are for the sole purpose of funding gaming activity on hd999. hd999 does not accept deposits that are intended for any other purpose, including money laundering or currency exchange.

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. hd999 may require you to verify ownership of your payment method before processing a withdrawal.
• hd999 does not charge any fee on deposits or withdrawals. Any charges imposed by your bank or payment service provider are your responsibility and are outside hd999's control.

Bonuses and Promotions

hd999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion and the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

• Self-exclusion: Players may apply for self-exclusion for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely). Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. To reverse a self-exclusion before the chosen period ends, the player must contact hd999 support and undergo a mandatory cooling-off review.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hd999 platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share bonus funds across multiple accounts, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Using automated software, scripts, bots, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players, including to place bets or exploit promotional mechanics automatically.
• Using the hd999 platform for money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other illegal financial activity. hd999 cooperates with relevant authorities and will report suspicious activity as required by applicable law.
• Registering multiple accounts in order to claim welcome bonuses or other new-player promotions more than once, or encouraging or assisting another person to do so.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, display glitches, or mathematical vulnerabilities in any game to generate winnings that would not arise under normal game conditions. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be void.
• Making abusive, threatening, or harassing communications to hd999 staff or other players through any channel, including support chat, email, or social media.

Account Suspension and Termination

hd999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct, and bonus abuse.

Intellectual Property

All content on the hd999 platform — including but not limited to the hd999 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of hd999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hd999 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the hd999 platform without prior written consent from hd999. Unauthorised use of hd999 intellectual property will result in account termination and may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability
